Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

  3. The information or content will be accurate or reliable, or
  4. The Service or its communications are free of viruses or harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to You.

Governing Law

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to achieve the purpose of the original to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Waiver

Failure to exercise a right or enforce a provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available in other languages. You agree that the original English version shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

VocalRank LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after changes become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If You do not agree, You must stop using the Service.
